Ship’s Log–December 27th

So I skipped posting the last two days to give myself a bit of a break. We have been busy with family visits, playing hard, and eating all sorts of things that I don’t want to admit, like white chocolate covered pretzels and cheese stuffed olives. I did get a run in yesterday, which was good, but beyond that it’s been all play. Even today, which was spent doing a little girls’ shopping with my sister and Thing 1.

Today’s Fitness:
3.2 mile brisk run

Breakfast:

  • Whole wheat everything bagel with peanut butter
  • Coffee with vanilla stevia and unsweetened soy milk

Morning Snack:

  • Coffee with gingerbread spices and soy milk
  • 2 truffle samples from the Lindt store
  • 1 dark chocolate mini peppermint patty

Lunch @ Chipotle:

  • Vegetarian salad with black beans, corn salsa, and guacamole
  • Chips
  • Iced tea

Afternoon Snack:

  • Peppermint bark
  • Coffee with stevia and soy milk
  • Cookies
  • Olives

Dinner:

  • Leftover whole wheat pasta and tofu scramble
  • Goose Island nut brown ale
  • Dark chocolate and marshmallows
