Ship’s Log–January 16th

I was like a Hungry, Hungry Hippo today. All I wanted to do was eat. At least I was able to take double classes tonight to balance it out a little.

Fitness:

27 push ups in the morning. In the evening: 45 minutes of BJJ and 45 minutes of Muay Thai

Breakfast:

  • Smoothie: banana, pineapple, frozen blueberries, red leaf lettuce, romaine, kale, flax and chia seed, Vega Sport Performance Protein, and water
  • Cinnamon raisin mochi with maple syrup
  • Coffee

Morning Snack:

  • Apple with peanut butter
  • Black tea

Lunch:

  • Red cabbage, cooked with red chili paste, tempeh bacon, shiitake, chickpeas, and blackberry ginger balsamic
  • Pan fried broccoli and radishes with chiptole mayo
  • Coconut seltzer
  • Coffee with pumpkin pie spice, vanilla stevia, and unsweetened soy milk
  • Piece of dark chocolate and some mini marshmallows

Afternoon Snack:

  • Carrots and mini pita with hummus
  • Blood orange
  • Pre-class: Vega One Chocolate Cherry Bar. Did not like.

Dinner:

  • Tofu burger on whole wheat flat with Daiya cheddar, tomato, lettuce, and smokey chipotle mayo
  • Polenta fries
  • Breckenridge Vanilla Porter
  • A little more dark chocolate with marshmallows, walnuts, and cranberries
