Ship’s Log–January 24th

All I wanted to do today is hole up in the house, sleep, and eat. I didn’t get to do that. By the time evening rolled around, I was too drained to even think about going back out into the cold to hit the dojo, so I gave myself an evening to relax.

Fitness:

33 pushups.

Breakfast:

  • Oatmeal with apples, dried cranberries, walnuts, flax seed, unsweetened soy milk, and maple syrup
  • Coffee with vanilla stevia and soy milk

Morning Snack:

  • Green tea with cherry
  • KIND Healthy¬†Grains bar

Lunch:

  • Leftover cauliflower soup
  • Mini pitas with hummus
  • Coffee with vanilla stevia and soy milk

Snack-a-thon:

  • Cup of tomato soup, was a crackers with Daiya swiss and mustard
  • Slice of cinnamon raisin bread with peanut butter
  • White tea with almond and vanilla

Dinner:

  • Chickpeas and veggie sliders on whole wheat buns with red cabbage, sesame ginger dressing, BBQ sauce, and mustard
  • Roasted grape tomatoes
  • Red leaf lettuce
  • Small glass of pinto noir

Late Night:

  • Nature Valley granola bar
  • Dark chocolate
