Ship’s Log–January 25th

PicShellsToday was hectic. Class in the morning, followed by Thing 1 taking an admission test from 11am-1:30pm for a specialized high school, and then a late lunch out at Kaya’s Kitchen to help her relax after the exam. We worked out a bit, and ate a lot.

Fitness:

45 minutes MMA, 35 push ups.

Breakfast:

  • Tofu “egg” sandwich: fried tofu slab with Daiya swiss and ketchup on a whole wheat flat
  • Smoothie: Banana, frozen blueberries, romaine, kale, flax and chia seed, Warrior Blend Raw Protein, and water
  • Coffee with stevia and soy milk

Morning Snacks:

  • KIND bar
  • Slice of cinnamon rains bread with peanut butter
  • Coffee with stevia and soy milk

Lunch @ Kaya’s Kitchen:

  • Seitan club sandwich
  • French fries
  • Banana caramel vegan cupcake

Dinner:

  • Amy’s Rustic Italian Vegetable Soup
  • Leftover slice of vegan pizza
  • 1/2 glass of pinot noir
