Ship’s Log–March 1st

Today was a mad rush of training, shopping, and rushing around, ending with a home dojo warming party for one of our instructors. My eating was crazy…I didn’t even manage to eat any fruit! I’m sure I’ll pay for it with fatigue tomorrow, but it was a fun day.

Fitness:

  • Morning: 45 minute MMA class
  • March Challenge: 10 push ups/ 10 sit ups/ 10 squats

Breakfast:

  • Daily Detox Drink
  • Whole wheat everything bagel with homemade herbed tofu spread
  • Coffee

Lunch:

  • Tempeh avocado wrap
  • Kale chips
  • Coffee with cardamom and soy milk
  • Girl scout cookies

Afternoon Snack:

  • 1 wasa cracker with tofu spread
  • Girl scout cookies

Dinner:

  • Party food: chips and dips and candy sushi and chocolate cake
  • Goose Island Ale
