Ship’s Log–March 6th

I think I bought a magical never-ending case of Thin Mints. The more I eat, the more there seem to be in the freezer. At least my weight isn’t creeping up. I must be working out enough to counter balance the cookie calories I’m taking in.

Fitness:

  • Morning: March Full body Challenge Day 6: 15 push ups/30 sit ups/50 squats
  • Evening: 45 minutes BJJ and 45 minutes MMA

Breakfast:

  • Daily Detox Drink
  • Small smoothie: banana, frozen açai berries, frozen blueberries, spinach, flax and chia seed, soy yogurt, water
  • Cinnamon raisin Ezekiel muffin with almond butter
  • 1/2 grapefruit with strawberry, broiled
  • Coffee

Morning Snack:

  • Leftover tofu scramble
  • Earl grey tea

Lunch:

  • Hummus, tomato, and spinach on pumpernickel wrap
  • Blood orange
  • Coffee
  • Cookies

Afternoon Snack:

  • Apple with almond butter
  • Wasa cracker with mustard

Dinner:

  • Whole wheat pasta with tomato sauce and vegan sausages
  • White wine
  • Cookies
