Ship’s Log–March 7th

The cookies caught up with me today, big time. In the middle of the afternoon I crashed. All my energy was gone. I wanted only to sleep. I had nothing left. My life-force had run out.

The cookies are getting cut off for now. The remaining boxes ware staying the deep freeze until summer, at the earliest.

Fitness:

  • March Full Body Challenge Day 7: 20 push ups/35 sit ups/55 squats

Breakfast:

  • Daily Detox Drink
  • Oatmeal with blueberries, banana, applesauce, flax seed, red walnuts, and mango soy yogurt
  • Coffee

Lunch:

  • Red cabbage sautéed with shiitake mushrooms, chili paste, and balsamic vinegar
  • Brown rice, black beans, and mixed veggies with sesame ginger dressing
  • Coffee
  • Cookies

Afternoon Snack:

  • Kale chips
  • Wasa cracker with hummus
  • Cookies

Dinner:

  • Whole wheat veggie pizza with Daiya cheese
  • Goose Island Ten Hills Pale Ale
