Ship’s Log–March 15

We did a lot of eating out today. In fact, all our meals were either out or take out! The day was so busy, running around and doing errands nearly non stop, though we did manage to get a small walk in the park squeezed in there somehow. Eating “clean” on days like this is really tough, so I focus on doing the best I can.

Fitness:

  • Morning: MMA class
  • Evening: Walk in the park and March Full Body Challenge Day 15 (20 push ups/30 sit ups/ 20 squats)

Breakfast:

  • Whole wheat everything bagel with tofu herbed spread
  • Coffee

Lunch @ Noodles and Company:

  • Japanese pan fried noodles with tofu
  • Edamame
  • Cherry vanilla coke zero

Afternoon Snack:

  • Cold brew New Orleans style coffee with soy milk
  • 1/2 granola bar
  • Wasa cracker with almond cheese

Dinner @ Pop’s Garage:

  • Chips with salsa and guacamole
  • Bowl of black bean soup
  • 2 veggie tacos
  • Iced tea

Later @ Home:

  • Banana Bread Beer
  • Cranberries, walnuts, and a piece of dark chocolate
