Ship’s Log–May 5th

Today’s day off seemed to help, though I was still monstrously hungry all day. At least the aches and pains that have been building over the last week have subsided.

Fitness:

  • Slow 2 hour stroll through the woods to search for migrating birds.

Breakfast:

  • Whole grain toaster waffles with peanut butter, banana, and maple syrup
  • 1/2 grapefruit broiled with strawberries
  • Coffee with vanilla stevia and almond milk

Lunch:

  • Steamed artichoke with red pepper hummus
  • Leftover whole wheat pasta with tomato sauce and vegan sausage
  • Mixed greens with Sicilian lemon white balsamic
  • Cold brewed New Orleans style coffee with almond milk
  • Marshmallows

Afternoon Snacks:

  • Small bowl of cherries
  • Was a crackers and bread sticks with tofu herbed spread
  • Matcha green tea

Dinner:

  • Tofu scamble
  • Pan roasted potatoes
  • 1/4 cantaloupe melon

Late Night:

  • Wasa crackers and hummus
  • Red wine
