Ship’s Log–May 19th

I stopped the pseudo today and tried relying on just the Claritin. I hate feeling like this.

Fitness:

  • 1 1/2 hour birding walk
  • 45 minutes MMA

Breakfast:

  • Cinnamon raisin Ezekiel muffin with 1 tbs peanut butter
  • Broiled 1/2 grapefruit  and sliced strawberry
  • Coffee with vanilla stevia and almond milk

Morning Snack:

  • Cucumber water

Lunch:

  • 2 Smart Dogs in whole wheat buns
  • Red leaf lettuce, romaine, kale, and blueberries dressed with Sicilian lemon white balsamic
  • Coffee with vanilla stevia and almond milk

Afternoon Snack:

  • Barbara’s Bakery Raspberry Fig bars
  • NatureBox Harvest Nut Mix
  • Banana

Dinner:

  • Crispy corn tacos with tofu and black beans, salsa, and guacamole
  • Salad mix
  • Dried fruit and nut mix
  • Veggie chips
