Ship’s Log–May 29th

I sure hit a wall today, and my energy was rock bottom. I had planned on going to two classes tonight, but went home after the first one because I had no gas in the tank. Ugh. I bet it’s all the damn marshmallows I’m eating. I was so drained after BJJ that I gave in and let the family get pizza–salty, salty pizza–which means that tomorrow I’ll be all bloated.

Fitness:

  • 1 hour BJJ

Breakfast:

  • Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, and banana with coconut milk yogurt and vanilla almond granola
  • Coffee with vanilla stevia and almond milk

Lunch:

  • Tempeh, mushrooms, red pepper and asparagus stir fried in red chili paste
  • Potato salad
  • Coffee with vanilla stevia and almond milk
  • Marshmallows and dark chocolate

Afternoon Snacks:

  • Wasa crackers and hummus
  • Marshmallows and dark chocolate

Dinner:

  • Whole wheat pizza with veggies and daiya cheese
