Ship’s Log–June 2nd


I decided to make today a rest day. I’m just too tired to function.


  • Whole grain toaster waffles with peanut butter, banana, and maple syrup
  • 1/2 grapefruit broiled with strawberry slices
  • Coffee with vanilla stevia and almond milk


  • Whole wheat wrap with BBQ tofu, cole slaw, and mixed greens
  • Potato salad
  • Plum
  • Coffee with vanilla stevia
  • Leftover vegan cupcake

Afternoon Snack:

  • Dang caramel sea salt coconut chips
  • Wasa crackers with macadamia nut cheese


  • Tofu hot dogs on whole wheat buns
  • Pasta salad

Late night:

  • Coconut chips
  • Marshmallows and dark chocolate
