Ship’s Log–June 5th

I spent some of today getting ready for the weekend: packing my gear bag, verifying our reservations, and getting the house ready for the house sitters.

Tomorrow we ship out to Boston!

Fitness:

  • 30 minute Burn with Kearns bootcamp style workout

Breakfast:

  • Smoothie: banana, frozen blueberries, mixed greens, Vega One Vanilla Bean, water
  • Cinnamon raisin Ezekiel muffin with peanut butter
  • Coffee with vanilla stevia and almond milk

Morning Snack:

  • Post-Workout: Vega Sport Recovery protein bar

Lunch:

  • Leftover brown rice pasta salad
  • Mixed greens with raspberry balsamic vinegar
  • Coffee with vanilla stevia
  • Whole wheat raspberry fig bars
  • Handful of NatureBox sea salt and caramel pretzel bites.

Afternoon Snack:

  • Handfuls of assorted NatureBox treats
  • Cold brew New Orleans style coffee with almond milk

Dinner:

  • Amy’s Kitchen California burger on whole wheat bun with macadamia nut cheese, smokey chipotle mustard, lettuce, tomato, and pickles
  • Potato salad
  • Plum

Late Night:

  • Shot of blackberry moonshine
  • More NatureBox sampling
