Ship’s Log–June 16th

I’ve been out of sorts all day, mainly with my stomach feeling off all day. I couldn’t even stomach most of my dinner salad, opting instead for a protein bar after just a few bites of the wonderful veggies. Ugh.

Fitness:

  • 3 mile fast walk
  • 25 minutes MMA fighter fit training

Breakfast:

  • Tofu quiche
  • 1/2 grapefruit and sliced strawberry, broiled
  • Coffee with vanilla stevia and almond milk

Lunch:

  • Small whole wheat quesadilla with refried black beans, Daiya shreds, and avocado
  • Gazpacho
  • Plum
  • Local strawberries
  • Cucumber mint water
  • Coffee, black

Afternoon Snack:

  • Chewy vegan granola square
  • Banana

Dinner:

  • Salad: red leaf lettuce, romaine, leftover grain and bean salad and grilled vegetables, which I couldn’t eat
  • Vega Sport Protein bar
