Ship’s Log–July 16th

There was a lot of working out today to try to help cope with the stress of the last few days. I’m sure I’ll be sore tomorrow.

Fitness:

  • Morning: 25 minutes MMA Fighter Fitness training using the Bosu and a mini tramp; 1 hour walk on boardwalk
  • Evening: 45 minutes MMA and 45 minutes BJJ

Breakfast:

  • Blueberry whole wheat pancakes with strawberries, spiced pecans, and maple syrup
  • Coffee with vanilla stevia and almond milk

Lunch:

  • Tempeh bacon BLT on multi-grain baguette with chipotle mayo
  • Sauteed green beans
  • Coffee
  • 2 coconut date bites

Afternoon Snacks:

  • Peach
  • Leftover kale with red pepper and vegan sausage
  • Veggie chips

Dinner:

  • Homemade whole wheat pizza with vegan pepperoni, green olives, and red pepper
  • Leinenkugel’s Summer Shandy
  • Banana
