Ship’s Log–July 29th

Not feeling great today. It’s like I’m at half strength and a little achey. I’m starting to worry that I picked up a bug this weekend.

Fitness:

  • 30 minutes MMA Fighter Fitness training
  • 1 hour BJJ

Breakfast:

  • Whole grain blueberry corn muffin
  • Bowl of assorted berries
  • Coffee with vanilla stevia and almond milk

Lunch:

  • Tofu hot dogs on whole wheat buns with sauerkraut and mustard
  • Watermelon
  • Coffee with vanilla stevia and almond milk
  • Small piece of fudge

Afternoon Snack:

  • Salad: mixed greens, watermelon, and spiced pecans dressed with balsamic vinegar
  • Saltwater taffy
  • Corn chips

Dinner:

  • Seitan quesadilla
  • Pico de gallo chips
  • Another piece of fudge
