Ship’s Log–August 13th

My body is just a collection of aches and pains, especially in the knees, because I am pushing hard this week. Next week I’ll take it a bit easier.

Weight change since July 30th: -2.7 pounds

Fitness:

  • 3 mile tempo run
  • 45 minutes MMA

Breakfast:

  • Whole wheat bagel with peanut butter and raspberry preserves
  • Coffee with vanilla stevia and almond milk

Lunch:

  • Noodles and Company Pan-Fried Japanese Noodles with Tofu and Extra Broccoli; shared small plate of hummus, crackers, and veggies, Coke Zero
  • Coffee with vanilla stevia and almond milk
  • Microwave S’more with dark chocolate

Afternoon Snack:

  • Big, juicy New Jersey peach
  • Wasa cracker with hummus and hot pickles

Dinner:

  • Whole wheat pasta with tofu sausages and tomato sauce
  • Mixed greens with balsamic vinegar
  • Dark chocolate and marshmallows
  • Almond milk with a little Kahlua and Godiva liquor
