Ship’s Log–August 16th

My total training time this week was 8 1/2 hours. I think this explains why I’ve been so hungry and having a hard time fighting off temptation…so I’m not going to beat myself up about eating too much crap today, though I fully admit that I did.

Weight change since July 30th: -3 pounds

Fitness:

  • 45 minutes MMA
  • 1 hour no-gi BJJ

Breakfast:

  • Whole wheat everything bagel with peanut butter
  • Coffee with vanilla stevia and almond milk

Morning Snack:

  • Post classes: Orgain Vegan protein shake

Lunch @ Noodles and Company:

  • Bankok curry noodles with tofu
  • Vanilla cherry Coke zero

Afternoon Snack:

  • @ movies: popcorn, chocolate covered raisins, coke zero
  • Gaming @ home: cronut stuffed with peanut butter and jelly; cold brew New Orleans style coffee with almond milk

Dinner:

  • Vegan chef salad from Dean’s Natural Market
