Ship’s Log–August 21st

Busy, busy, busy. Almost too busy to post. Summer’s end is coming, and I’ve just got so much to do.

Weight change since July 30th: -2.6. I’m pretty sure I’ve just been bouncing up and down with the same few water weight pounds all month and not making any real progress.

Fitness:

  • Slow 3 mile run with both Things

Breakfast:

  • Tofu scrambled with kale, onion, garlic, and diced tomato
  • 1 slice whole wheat toast
  • Coffee with vanilla stevia and almond milk

Lunch:

  • Baked corn tortillas with black beans, mole sauce, guacamole, and salsa
  • Mixed greens with Sicilian lemon white balsamic
  • Blended fruit (banana, strawberry, and pineapple) with ice
  • Cold brew New Orleans style coffee with vanilla stevia and almond milk
  • Tagalongs

Afternoon Snack:

  • Black and white donut with cannoli cream. Not a good choice.

Dinner:

  • Tofu hot dogs in whole wheat buns with mustard, ketchup, and sauerkraut
  • Watermelon
  • Boddington’s Ale
