Busy, busy, busy. Almost too busy to post. Summer’s end is coming, and I’ve just got so much to do.
Weight change since July 30th: -2.6. I’m pretty sure I’ve just been bouncing up and down with the same few water weight pounds all month and not making any real progress.
- Slow 3 mile run with both Things
- Tofu scrambled with kale, onion, garlic, and diced tomato
- 1 slice whole wheat toast
- Coffee with vanilla stevia and almond milk
- Baked corn tortillas with black beans, mole sauce, guacamole, and salsa
- Mixed greens with Sicilian lemon white balsamic
- Blended fruit (banana, strawberry, and pineapple) with ice
- Cold brew New Orleans style coffee with vanilla stevia and almond milk
- Black and white donut with cannoli cream. Not a good choice.
- Tofu hot dogs in whole wheat buns with mustard, ketchup, and sauerkraut
