Ship’s Log–September 23rd

Another day of leg pain. I really did a number on these poor thighs of mine. I hope tomorrow I’ll be able to walk down stairs without audible moans.

Distance to goal weight: 20.9 pounds

Fitness:

  • 2 mile stroll

Breakfast:

  • Smoothie: banana, frozen blueberry, Vega Tropical protein powder, flax seed, kale, and water
  • Whole grain blueberry corn muffin
  • Coffee with vanilla stevia and almond milk

Lunch:

  • Tempeh avocado wrap (which I couldn’t finish)
  • Red Hot Blue corn chips
  • Moroccan mint green tea
  • Vegan brownie
  • Coffee with vanilla stevia and almond milk

Afternoon Snack:

  • Orange

Dinner:

  • Veggie burger on whole wheat with Daiya cheese, lettuce, tomato, red onion, tomato, pickles, mustard, and ketchup
  • Broccoli slaw

Late Night:

  • Red Hot Blue chips
  • Granola with chocolate chips
  • Harvest Ale
