Ship’s Log–October 2nd

This week is killing me. My workload has been incredible, leavening little time for working out and cooking. And sleep. I’m not getting enough of that.

I can’t wait for the weekend.

Distance to goal weight: 21.7 pounds. I earned myself a nice little bounce back up eating too much garbage yesterday

Fitness:

  • 3.5 mile slow run with Thing 2

Breakfast:

  • Whole grain blueberry corn muffin
  • Smoothie: banana, blueberries, frozen cherries, Vega Vanilla Protein, flax seed, water
  • Coffee with sugar and almond milk

Lunch:

  • Bowl of black bean chili with corn tortillas
  • Coffee with sugar and almond milk
  • Praline pumpkin seeds

Afternoon Snack:

  • Apple with peanut butter
  • Another cup of coffee with sugar and almond milk

Dinner:

  • Salad: red leaf, romaine, cucumbers, carrots, red onion, grape tomatoes, and vegan chicken with sesame ginger dressing

Late Night:

  • Rice cakes with hummus
  • Praline pumpkin seeds
  • White wine sangria
