Ship’s Log–October 3rd


Thank God It’s Friday. My work schedule this week was brutal. I had two nights working very late, which is a bit unusual, and now I seem to be fighting off a cough. Missing sleep really does me in. Distance to goal weight: 20.1 pounds Fitness:

  • 45 minute demo team practice


  • Sprouted grain cinnamon raisin bagel with peanut butter
  • Smoothie: frozen blueberries, Vega Tropical protein powder, flax seeds, and water

Morning Snack:

  • Rice crackers and hummus


  • Tempeh and mushrooms cooked in teriyaki sauce
  • Salad: red leaf and romaine with carrots, cucumbers, red onions, and tomatoes topped with sesame ginger dressing
  • Coffee with sugar and almond milk

Afternoon Snack:

  • Local donut


  • Tempeh avocado wrap
  • Potato chips
  • Moroccan mint green tea
