Ship’s Log–October 8th

PicShells I did not feel 100% today. Tired, achy, and still a little sore in the throat. I snacked too much, I sat on my butt too much, and generally undid whatever progress I may have been making over the last week.

Distance to goal weight: 22.1 pounds

Fitness:

  • 45 minutes BJJ

Breakfast:

  • Smoothie: banana, apple, frozen blueberries, kale, vanilla coconut milk yogurt, flax seed, soy milk, and water
  • Whole grain blueberry corn muffin
  • Coffee with sugar and almond milk

Morning Snack:

  • Hummus and rice cakes

Lunch:

  • Salad: mixed greens, shredded carrots, cucumbers, grape tomatoes, red onion, and vegan chicken with maple mustard dressing
  • Coffee with sugar and almond milk
  • Swiss chocolate

Afternoon Snack:

  • Apple with peanut butter brown rice syrup dip
  • Chocolate
  • And some other things, but I didn’t write it down. Just munch munch munch

Dinner:

  • Red lentil coconut milk and spinach soup
  • Wasa crackers
  • Harvest Ale
