Ship’s Log–October 16th

Another day, another little bit towards feeling well again. I just wish this lingering cough would GO AWAY.

Distance to goal weight: 20.1 pounds

Fitness:

  • 1 hour and 15 minutes of BJJ practice

Breakfast:

  • Sprouted grain cinnamon raisin bagel with peanut butter
  • Smoothie: banana, frozen cherries, flax seed, kale, vanilla coconut milk yogurt, and water
  • Coffee with sugar and almond milk

Lunch:

  • Grilled tempeh and brown rice with broccoli and carrots
  • Coffee with sugar and almond milk
  • Piece of dark chocolate

Afternoon Snack:

  • Apple with peanut butter and brown rice syrup
  • Rice cake with hummus

Dinner:

  • Soft corn tacos with vegan “beef,” black beans, salsa, Daiya shreds, guacamole, and peri peri sauce
  • Salad of mixed greens
  • Sangria
  • Piece of dark chocolate
