Ship’s Log–October 28th

I think this is going to be a week of stress eating, as my anxiety over this weekend’s tournament grows. Next week will be a week of dietary penance.

Distance to goal weight: 22.6 pounds. I am so incredibly bloated today

Fitness:

  • 3.11 mile tempo run
  • 1 hour BJJ

Breakfast:

  • Sprouted grain cinnamon raisin bagel with peanut butter and raspberry preserves
  • Orange
  • Coffee with sugar and almond milk

Morning Snack:

  • Orgain vanilla bean vegan protein shake

Lunch:

  • 1/2 baked sweet potato
  • Tempeh, onions, mushrooms, and greens sautéed with chili paste
  • Coffee with sugar and almond milk
  • Dark chocolate and candy corn

Afternoon Snack:

  • Hummus with pretzel chips and carrots
  • Kombucha
  • Kale chips
  • Veggie chips

Dinner:

  • Vegan “beef” in whole wheat wrap with lettuce, salsa, and Daiya shreds
  • Mixed greens (kale, broccoli, and Brussel sprouts) with cranberries, seeds, and poppyseed dressing
  • Diced pineapple
  • Newcastle Werewolf Ale
  • Dark chocolate covered banana
