Ship’s Log–November 12th

PicShellsWell, it looks like the changes I’ve made are working. I’m finally making actual progress in cutting weight, beyond what can be accounted for by water weight loss.

I am fighting the urge to celebrate with a cupcake.

Distance to goal weight: 19.5 pounds

Fitness:

  • Fitbit Metrics: 11,457 steps, 11 floors
  • 45 minutes MMA
  • 1 hour BJJ

Breakfast:

  • Whole grain blueberry corn muffin
  • Smoothie: banana, frozen strawberries, flax and chia seed, Orgain chocolate protein powder, vanilla soy milk, and water
  • Coffee with vanilla soy milk

Lunch:

  • Baked sweet potato topped with a little BBQ mayo
  • Tempeh, mushrooms, red onion, grape tomatoes, and broccoli stir fried in coconut oil and red chili paste
  • Coffee with vanilla soy milk

Afternoon Snack:

  • Apple with peanut butter and granola
  • 2 Dates
  • Vanilla mint chai with honey and vanilla soy milk

Dinner:

  • Whole wheat pasta with pesto, vegan sausages, and grape tomatoes
  • Chocolate truffles
