Ship’s Log–November 13th

PicShellsI had thought about taking today as a rest day, but I was feeling so anxious this afternoon that I decided to go for an easy paced run. It helped take the edge off and made the rest of my day a little easier.

Distance to goal weight: 19.5 pounds

Fitness:

  • Fitbit metrics: 16,493 steps, 17 floors
  • 4 mile easy run

Breakfast:

  • Whole wheat wrap with scrambled eggs, wilted spinach, vegan Canadian bacon, and Daiya shreds
  • Whole fruit juice with banana, pineapple, blackberries, frozen mango, flax and chia seeds, fresh squeezed orange juice, and water
  • Coffee with vanilla soy milk

Morning Snack:

  • Peppermint tea

Lunch:

  • Vegan “chicken” with BBQ sauce
  • Power greens salad: kale, broccoli, and Brussel sprouts with cranberries and seed in a poppy seed dressing
  • BBQ potato chips
  • Coffee with vanilla soy milk

Afternoon Snack:

  • Vanilla mint chai tea with honey and vanilla soy milk
  • KIND Plus Blueberry Pecan bar

Dinner:

  • Grilled daiya Cheddar, Tofurky, and sliced tomato on whole wheat
  • Small bowl of leftover stew
  • Small dish of dehydrated apple chips

Late Night:

  • Sangria
  • Rice crackers
  • Truffle
