Ship’s Log–November 16th

This morning I woke up feeling drained. My head was a little stuffy, and my energy level was really low. I decided to take it easy today rather than go for a run in the cold. Thing 1 and I did take the dogs out for a long walk which included a few short running sessions, but it wasn’t anywhere near a full workout.

Distance to goal weight: 21 pounds. That there is a bump due to water weight from daring to eat pizza last night.

Fitness:

  • Fitbit metrics: 11,147 steps, 15 floors

Breakfast:

  • Small whole grain blueberry corn muffin
  • Piña Colada Smoothie: banana, pineapple, frozen mango, chia seeds, coconut oil, and vanilla soy milk
  • Coffee with vanilla soy milk

Lunch:

  • Leftover half of tempeh avocado wrap
  • Leftover power green salad
  • Clementine

Afternoon Snack (Movie Time!):

  • Coffee with vanilla soy milk
  • Twix bar
  • Mint green tea

Dinner:

  • Black bean and sweet potato chili topped with Daiya cheddar shreds
  • 2 slices whole grain bread
  • Wolaver’s Organic Pumpkin Ale
  • Peppermint truffle
