Ship’s Log–December 11th

I saw a small patch of blue sky today. It was only brief, but I spotted it before the windy snow showers started up. I hear there will be sun tomorrow. I hope this is true. I miss sunshine.

Distance to goal weight: 22.6 pounds

Fitness:

  • Fitbit metrics: 8,157 steps, 17 floors
  • 43 minutes bootcamp alternating between kettle bells and jumprope

Breakfast:

  • Whole wheat tortilla with scrambled eggs, seitan bacon, wilted greens, and Daiya shreds
  • Whole fruit juice: banana, pineapple, blackberries, frozen mango, chia seeds, and fresh squeezed orange juice
  • Coffee with vanilla soy milk

Lunch:

  • Power salad
  • Vegan chicken cooked in Korean BBQ sauce
  • Clementine
  • Coffee with vanilla soy milk
  • Blueberry fig bars

Afternoon Snack:

  • Wasa crackers with hummus
  • Peppermint green tea

Dinner:

  • Garden burger with Daiya cheddar, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and BBQ mayo on whole wheat bun
  • Potato chips
  • Chai sweetened with a few drops of vanilla stevia extract

Late Night:

  • Doublebag Ale
  • Wasa crackers with hummus
