Ship’s Log–January 23rd, 2015

I guess after two months of anxiety, the plan my family is carrying out involves stretching out the job offer celebration. We did donuts Wednesday. Today it was take out pizza and beer for dinner. All I want to do, still, is stay in my fuzzy pajamas and rest.

I feel like I’ve been sick forever, but thankfully the stressed about money part of my troubles is clearing up.

Distance to goal weight: 24.6 pounds

Fitness:

  • I’m sore and tired. Took the day completely off.

Breakfast:

  • Whole wheat everything bagel with peanut butter
  • Small glass of orange juice
  • Coffee with vanilla soy milk

Morning Snack:

  • Black tea with honey and almond milk

Lunch:

  • Vegan BLT on whole grain bread
  • Apple
  • Coffee with vanilla soy milk
  • Oreos (stress eating while The Hub negotiates for the new job)

Afternoon Snack:

  • Peppermint tea
  • Banana

Dinner:

  • Grandma’s pizza
  • Garden Salad
  • Boddington’s Ale
