Ship’s Log–February 6th, 2015

Today was a wash. Too tired and sore to work out, and too little food left in the fridge to eat properly. At least I didn’t give in when Thing 2 asked for some sort of take out again for dinner. The homemade quesadilla and handful of chips is better than whatever nonsense we would have brought home

Distance to goal weight: 25 pounds

Fitness:

  • rest day

Breakfast:

  • Whole grain English muffin with egg, vegan Canadian bacon, and Daiya cheddar
  • Whole fruit juice: banana, strawberry, blackberry, orange, frozen blueberry, mixed greens, flax and chia seeds, and water
  • Coffee with vanilla soy milk

Morning Snack:

  • White tea
  • Trail mix

Lunch:

  • Lentil vegetable soup with gluten-free crackers and macadamia nut cheese
  • Coffee with vanilla soy milk

Afternoon Snacks:

  • Crackers with hummus
  • Trail mix

Dinner:

  • Quesadilla with Beyond Meat vegan beef, mole sauce, and Daiya cheddar on a whole grain tortilla topped with salsa and guacamole
  • BBQ potato chips
