Ship’s Log–February 14th, 2015

Today was another sore day, all through my upper back and arms. I can’t believe a less-than-ten-minutes circuit did this to me, but I have no other explanation. I went to class anyway, and while working out did help loosen the stiffness a bit, I was sore all day.

Distance to goal weight: 24.3 pounds

Fitness:

  • 45 minutes MMA
  • 45 minutes no-gi BJJ

Breakfast:

  • Whole wheat everything bagel with peanut butter
  • Small glass of orange juice
  • Coffee with vanilla soy milk

Morning Snack:

  • 1/2 donut

Lunch:

  • Bangkok Curry noodles with tofu @ Noodles & Company
  • Iced Tea

Afternoon Snack:

  • Small popcorn, peanut M&M’s and Coke Zero at the movies
  • Tall soy latte
  • Enormous chocolate covered strawberry, a gift from my parents

Dinner:

  • Nachos with corn chips, vegan “beef” crumbles, back beans in mole sauce, Daiya cheddar shreds, salsa, and guacamole with a side salad of romaine lettuce and salsa
  • Pale Ale
