Ship’s Log–February 18th, 2015

Today, and tomorrow, too, I fear, are busy work days. I had no time to work out today, just time to stress.

Distance to goal weight: 24.1 pounds

Fitness:

  • Rest day

Breakfast:

  • 2 eggs with broccoli and Daiya cheddar
  • Tofurky sausage
  • 1 slice whole wheat toast
  • 1/2 grapefruit broiled with sliced strawberries
  • Coffee with vanilla soy milk

Morning Snack:

  • Peppermint green tea with honey and lemon

Lunch:

  • Big salad with lettuce, grape tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, balsamic vinegar, and a little white truffle olive oil
  • Small dish of leftover pasta
  • Coffee with vanilla soy milk
  • Chocolate covered frozen banana bites

Afternoon Snack:

  • Tofurky slices wrapped with hummus
  • Red grapes

Dinner:

  • Vegan beef burger on whole wheat bun with lettuce, tomato, gaucamole, and BBQ sauce
  • BBQ potato chips

Late Night:

  • Cabernet
  • Coconut chips
  • Tofurky and macadamia nut cheese
