Ship’s Log–February 24th, 2015

Another unremarkable day of work, working out, and eating.

Distance to Goal Weight: 23.5 pounds

Fitness:

  • 33 minutes strength training

Breakfast:

  • Banana, strawberry, blueberry and blackberry with granola, unsweetened coconut milk yogurt, and a little drizzle of maple syrup
  • Coffee with vanilla soy milk

Morning Snack:

  • Tea with honey and lemon

Lunch:

  • Korean BBQ tempeh
  • Kale salad
  • Coffee with vanilla soy milk
  • Chocolate covered frozen banana

Afternoon Snack:

  • Tofurky, hummus, and red grapes

Dinner:

  • Vegan “beef” burger on whole grain bun with BBQ sauce, guacamole, lettuce, and tomato
  • BBQ potato chips

Late Night:

  • Glass of Cabernet
  • Pretzels and hummus
  • 1 tbs of raisins
