No time to work out today, but time to stress eat. Better luck tomorrow, goals.

Distance to goal weight: 23.2 pounds

Fitness:

  • Rest day

Breakfast:

  • Whole grain English muffin with egg, Daiya cheddar, and Canadian bacon
  • Smoothie: banana, strawberry, blackberry, frozen blueberry, mixed greens, flax and chia seed, and orange juice
  • Coffee with vanilla soy milk

Lunch:

  • Tempeh glazed with wing sauce
  • Kale Salad
  • Coffee with vanilla soy milk
  • Peanut M&M’s

Afternoon Snack:

  • Tofurky hummus with red grapes
  • Handful of granola and raisins

Dinner:

  • Black bean chili

Late Night:

  • Hummus and pretzels
  • Cabernet
