Ship’s Log–February 27th, 2015

I should have worked out today, but I just didn’t have it in me.

Distance to goal weight: 23.6 pounds

Fitness:

  • Rest day again. I’m taking too many of these.

Breakfast:

  • Bowl of fruit (banana, blueberries, and strawberries) with granola, unsweetened plain soy yogurt, and a little maple syrup
  • Coffee with vanilla soy milk

Morning Snack:

  • Tea with honey and lemon

Lunch:

  • Whole grain tortilla with scrambled egg, tempeh bacon, guacamole, and salsa
  • Sautéed broccoli
  • Coffee with vanilla soy milk

Afternoon Snack:

  • Apple with peanut butter
  • Soy milk cappuccino

Dinner:

  • Small bowl of black bean chili and a slice of whole wheat toast
  • Tagalong Girl Scout cookies
