Week 9 2015 Progress Report

 

This week was a busy one, training wise. It ended with a big BJJ testing event, at which Thing 2 and I got a stripe on each of our belts. Thing 1 was given two stripes, which is pretty awesome.

I’m going to take the next week off of logging my food here daily, since I’m feeling a bit burnt out. I’ll be back after next week’s weekly update.FullSizeRender

This week’s summary looks like this:

  • Weight lost: 1.1 pounds down. This is the first time this year that I’ve been down two weeks in a row. Total down year to date is an unimpressive 1.7 pounds.
  • Fitness, 8.67 hours total:
    • No runs. I miss running.
    • 4 MMA/BJJ classes.
    • 2 strength training sessions
    • BJJ testing (3 hours)
  • Food: So so.
  • Financial: OK. The grocery run was over, but we finally got The Hub’s first paycheck from his new job, which is nice.
