Week 17 Progress Report

No news to report this week, really. It was just the usual grind. Lots of working out, some easy walks through the park, and somewhere along the way a pound fell off.

This week’s summary looks like this:

  • Weight lost: Down 1 pound.
  • Fitness, 8.28 hours total:
    • 3 runs, for a total of 9.51 miles
    • 7 MMA/BJJ classes.
    • 1 MMA circuit training class
  • Food: As usual, good until the weekend.
